1. Operator

www.smsduo.com (SMS Duo) is operated by WBSTLAND LLC. By using the service you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SMS Duo provides virtual numbers for receiving SMS verification codes, plus free public numbers. Whether a code arrives also depends on the target platform's rules and on SMS delivery, so we cannot guarantee delivery for every platform.

3. Digital goods, no refunds

Virtual numbers are digital goods. A number counts as delivered once it has been assigned (sold) to you, and delivered numbers are non-refundable — including when a number was assigned but no SMS arrived. Account balance cannot be withdrawn.

4. Automatic balance returns

The system handles these cases automatically: the amount goes back to your account balance (any trial-credit part goes back to your trial credit) and a record appears in your transaction history:

The purchase failed, the supplier issued no number, and no order was created: the full charge is returned.
You bought several numbers but only some were issued: the price of the numbers not issued is returned.
A renewal (including auto-renewal) did not go through: that renewal charge is returned.

Once a number has been issued, the system does not refund automatically because no SMS arrived. If you believe a technical fault on our side caused a problem, contact support so we can check.

5. Prohibited use

Lawful use only. You must not use the service for any illegal activity, fraud, spam, bulk registration, or anything that violates the target platform's terms of service. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or closed without refund.

6. Third-party brands

SMS Duo is an independent virtual number service and is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by Telegram, WhatsApp, Google, Tencent, or any other third-party platform. Brand names and logos are used only to indicate which services a number can be used with; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Availability and changes

Number stock depends on our suppliers and may vary by country or service. We may update these terms at any time; continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
