From purchase to reading SMS
Read SMS on the matching order
Enter the order’s number into the target service, request SMS, then open “View SMS” in the console. “Waiting for SMS” means no new message yet. Keep any error text and contact support if needed.
Keep real order details
Saved messages stay in SMS history. Use the number list’s actual expiry for validity — do not treat purchase time or SMS time as expiry.

When SMS does not arrive
Check country code, number, selected service and order validity, and whether the target platform actually sent SMS or showed a restriction. Waiting is not a per-SMS quota.
Ordinary paid renewal
US VoIP / Non-VoIP renewals are commonly 1 month; Hong Kong, UK and Indonesia commonly 3 months. Canada has no ordinary renewal; Australia is not open yet. Fees are typically ~50% of first-buy price (order quote wins).

How do I receive a code online?
Sign in and top up, pick service and country, buy a number, enter it on the target platform, then read messages on the SMS Duo order.
I do not have a foreign number
Browse current US, UK, Canada, Hong Kong and other options. Stock changes and platforms may reject some numbers.
Will using a virtual number expose my private phone?
You usually need not enter your private number for that step. That is not full anonymity; account and payment data still follow platform policy.

How do I use WhatsApp SMS?
Open the catalog, pick WhatsApp and an available country, buy, enter the number in WhatsApp, then read SMS on the SMS Duo order. Acceptance is decided by WhatsApp.
How do I use Telegram SMS?
Pick Telegram and a live number, request Telegram SMS, then return to SMS Duo to read it.
Can I receive Google codes?
Check Google-related options in the catalog. Success is not guaranteed every time.
Why am I not getting a code?
Check number/country code, matching service, order validity and any platform restriction. Share the order ID with support if needed.
How long does a number last?
Use the validity/expiry on the order — do not assume one fixed length.
Why might a number be rejected?
Target platforms decide by their own rules. SMS Duo cannot guarantee third-party acceptance.
What if no SMS arrives?
No SMS does not mean automatic refund; for order/balance issues, give the order ID to support.

How is SMS price calculated?
It varies by service, country, number type and stock. The catalog shows the live price before checkout; see also the pricing page.
Is top-up equal to one number’s price?
No. Top-up adds balance; buying deducts the order fee. Minimum top-up follows the recharge page.
Can I bind important accounts long-term?
Temporary virtual numbers may not suit banking or ID flows that re-verify often.
Which countries are available?
The live catalog shows current countries and number classes.
How do I contact SMS Duo support?
Use Telegram (t.me/smslai_support). Include the order ID; never send passwords or payment secrets.
